Advance Staffing Inc. is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, speech input, or other assistive technology. Access to work should not depend on how someone browses the web.
The standard we build to
We build toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We do not claim full conformance, because we would rather tell you the truth and fix what you find than post a badge. If something on this site does not work for you, that is a defect and we want to hear about it.
What we have done
- Semantic headings and landmark regions so assistive technology can navigate page structure
- A skip link to main content on every page
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element
- Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, which closes on the Escape key
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Form fields with programmatically associated labels, clear instructions, and autocomplete attributes
- Color contrast tested against WCAG 2.1 Level AA thresholds in both light and dark rendering
- No use of color alone to convey meaning
- A responsive layout that works at mobile widths and at increased browser zoom
- Forms that work without JavaScript, so a blocked script never blocks an application
We have deliberately not installed an accessibility overlay widget. Overlays frequently interfere with the assistive technology a person already uses, and they do not fix underlying defects.

You can apply for work, request staff, or get any information on this site without using the website at all.

- In person: come to 2840 Bartlett Rd, Suite 5, Bartlett, TN 38134 during the same hours. Walk-ins are welcome and we will complete the application with you.
