Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Job seekers never pay Advance Staffing anything, at any point. Employers pay our fee. If anyone ever asks you to pay for a placement, it is not us.
Do I need experience to get a warehouse job?
Not for most of our entry level roles. Picking, packing, general labor, and many production assignments train on site. What we need from you is dependability and the ability to pass the client's screening.
What should I bring to apply?
Two forms of valid identification for work eligibility verification, such as a driver's license or state ID plus a Social Security card or birth certificate. Bring them in person. Do not send identification documents or your Social Security number through the website.
How soon can I start working?
Depending on the assignment and how fast screening clears, many associates start within a few days. Some same-week and next-day starts do come up, especially on second and third shift.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, on assignment.
What if I do not have a car?
Tell us on the application. We build crews around shift start times and available routes, and on qualifying assignments we coordinate transportation arrangements with the employer. Not every assignment qualifies, and we will tell you honestly which ones do.
