What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are set by us. Some are set by services we use to run the site. They do not give anyone access to your device or to anything else on it.

This site does not run advertising, does not use advertising pixels, and does not sell or share browsing data. The cookies below are the complete list.

Our form handling runs through Netlify. Netlify may set a short-lived cookie to protect forms from automated spam submissions. It does not track you across sites.
What we do not do
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- No social media tracking pixels
- No sale or sharing of browsing data with data brokers
- No cookies that identify you personally unless you choose to submit a form
Why there is no cookie banner
Cookie consent banners are required by privacy laws that do not apply to this site. The Tennessee Information Protection Act applies to companies with more than $25 million in annual revenue. The European Union's General Data Protection Regulation applies to organizations offering goods or services to people in the EU. Advance Staffing Inc. meets neither description, and we serve employers and job seekers in the Memphis metropolitan area.
Rather than show a banner that collects a click and tells you little, we publish this page, set no advertising cookies at all, and keep every form on the site working whether you allow cookies or not. If our operations or the law change, this page changes with them.
How to turn cookies off
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. The setting is usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking cookies on this site will not prevent you from using any part of it.
To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because no common standard for honoring them has been adopted.
Information you submit is different
Cookies are not how we collect your application or staffing request. That information comes from what you type into a form and send to us. How we handle it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have are covered in our Privacy Policy.
