About this role
Advance Staffing is hiring production associates for employer partners across the Memphis metropolitan area. This is a staffing assignment through Advance Staffing Inc., which means we are the employer of record and handle your payroll, payroll taxes, and workers compensation coverage.
What you will do
- Tend production machinery and monitor output
- Assemble, package, and label product to specification
- Perform visual quality checks and remove defects
- Record production counts and complete basic paperwork
- Support line changeovers and cleaning
- Follow all PPE and plant safety requirements
What you need
- Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks through a full shift
- Comfortable working at a set line pace
- Willing to wear required personal protective equipment
- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival
- Pass the client's background and drug screening
- Two forms of valid identification for work eligibility verification

Pay rate varies by assignment, shift, and client, and is confirmed with you before you accept any assignment.
