About this role
Advance Staffing is hiring general labors for employer partners across the Memphis metropolitan area. This is a staffing assignment through Advance Staffing Inc., which means we are the employer of record and handle your payroll, payroll taxes, and workers compensation coverage.
What you will do
- Load, unload, and move material by hand and with equipment
- Support warehouse, plant, and site operations as directed
- Perform cleanup, staging, and setup work
- Assist skilled crews with material and supplies
- Follow all site safety requirements
- Complete assignments on schedule
What you need
- Able to perform physical work through a full shift
- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival
- Flexible on shift and assignment length
- Pass the client's background and drug screening
- Two forms of valid identification for work eligibility verification
- No prior experience required
