About this role
Advance Staffing is hiring warehouse associates for employer partners across the Memphis metropolitan area. This is a staffing assignment through Advance Staffing Inc., which means we are the employer of record and handle your payroll, payroll taxes, and workers compensation coverage.
What you will do
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trailers and containers
- Move material with pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Scan, label, and stage product accurately
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Meet daily production and accuracy standards
What you need
- Able to lift and move material repeatedly through a full shift
- Able to stand and walk for the length of the shift
- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival
- Pass the client's background and drug screening
- Two forms of valid identification for work eligibility verification
- No prior warehouse experience required
